Ah, yah. Look at <http://www.ldraw.org/faq/>. Search for "dither". The
dithering stuff is buried in question 20, under the sub-heading "Colours".
The subheadings under question 20 should be included in the TOC, I think.
And the bit about linetype 1's format should be put into a separate
subheading.
