Need Help! Work project.

I've been given a task at work to come up with a team work learning
assignment. I figured legos would be the way to go. 12 unit members each
doing their part to put a whole model together. Each working on it one day.
I want to make a Santa, but each unit member will require instructions and
the model is too big to draw them out. So I'm turning to you for help. Is
there an ideal CAD program that I could use that I could print off
instructions for? My computer isn't the fastest in the world...
