Well, I can't really tell you what I think, because the URL you gave us, does
NOT work. i.e. you Computer Name is NOT VALID, because it has "_" underscores in
it's name, this will only work with computers, which don't use a proxy server
(using a direct connection) to connect to the internet.
So could you please post the IP address of your computer.
something like:
146.132.14.25
than the URL goes like this:
http://146.132.14.25/arj.jpg
