I wrote a 3D torus generator and I also found a program called ldtorus
(don't know what it does, I'm running Linux right now), is this what you
want ?

| (...) it was for windows, and it basically was... you run "torus.exe (then ring sizes) 20 18" and it would give you a ring of 18 ldu radius inside to 20 ldu outside. (25 years ago, 20-May-00, to lugnet.cad)
