I proudly present: MLCad V1.8 Beta 1
====================================
New Features:
- This version supports the unofficial BFC meta commands
- provides basic functions for using LDraw primitives (lines, triangles,
quads and optional line commands).
- The model shown in the 3D viewing pane can be rotated freely by drag &
drop, this is valid for the rotation command dialog too.
- Four steps settings for drawing of studs during edit mode allow speed-up
of the program up to a factor of 10.
- Enhanced export functions for easier production of povray images.
Known Problems and Limitations:
- The online help has not been updated yet, and still corresponds to version
1.7
- The free rotateable 3D viewing pane sometimes displays the model in a
wrong angle when switch between drawing/edit modes.
- The new export feature does not suppress any rotation-steps and ignores
the add part highlight feature completely. When using these features strange
outputs could be the result.
ATTENTION: I'm on a business-trip during April. I cannot solve any bugs
during this time, and I'm not sure if I can respond to your e-mails at this
time.
and now have fun with your new version of MLCad.

I hope you could soon add precise rotation functions to (...) (25 years ago, 29-Mar-00, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.cad.mlcad)

| Thanks for the new upgrade. It looks fabulous now, with no missing surfaces and the 3D-drag-rotation. It doesn't feel right to use though. Imho it should rotate according to where you take grip on the model. Like if you grip on the right side and (...) (25 years ago, 1-Apr-00, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.cad.mlcad)
