I was perusing the posts and I read one about a guy that uses a program
called Arrmouse, which gived DOS based programs the ability to use a mouse
for cursor movements.
Well, I thought "Cool!" So I downloaded it. Then I thought "But I also use
LDAO. Hmm, maybe I can combine them!"
So what I came up with is this:
[LEdit]
Internal=False
RequiresFile=False
RunInBAT=False
NeedsShortName=True
MenuCaption=L&Edit
ButtonCaption=L&Edit
ToolText=Edit model file with LEdit
CommandLine=%base%\ledmse.bat %model%
WorkingDirectory=%base%
(from the LDraw.ini file) Which points the LEdit button to a small batch
file that contains the following:
arrmouse
ledit %1
Which gives me the most awesome ability to use my mouse for part placement,
as well as the benefits of using LDAO to start everything up!
Of course I don't have to tell anyone that the arrmouse program needs to be
in the LDraw directory for the whole schmear to work right.
