Yes you can, by using LDLite. LDLite is a windows DAT file viewer that runs
off your existing LDraw parts library. At the moment, Paul Gyugyi's LDLite
page is down as he tried to get his site back online. I thought there was an
ldraw.org download page for it, but I checked and there wasn't. I guess you'll
have to be patient and wait for Paul to recover his site :(
