You must install LDraw first. It has a repository of differrent elements
(bricks, if you will) that are used to create the visual representation.
If you haven't gotten this archive with either, it's possible both won't
work.
Posting exactly what kind of error you get (or what it is or isn't doing)
may get you along a bit further with reguards to an effective response.
As allways, try redownloading it from a new source:
