In case you're interested, I have made an unofficial "Technic Pneumatic
Airtank".  It can be downloaded from

    http://www.math.uio.no/~fredrigl/technic/ldraw/

But if you do use it, please keep in mind that it is unofficial, so if
it does go official at some time, there is no guaranty that the official
version will be different in some aspects, such as rotation and
placement of the origin.
