If you have the problem that you have made for example a primitive with the
wrong winding then you think you have to write it again. You do not need!
With Inliner (http://letgui.mikeheide.kilu.de/inliner/) you can do it easily.

Lets say your partfile is 'something.dat' and is BFC CW. Then you only have to
create a new file 'new.dat' with the following content:
0 BFC CERTIFY CCW
1 16 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 something.dat

Put both files in the same folder.

Call Inliner with the following commandline:
inliner.exe new.dat newout.dat 1 N

Then rename newout.dat to something.dat and move the first line of that file (0
BFC CERTIFY CCW) and insert it after the Author line.

Ready!
