When I created the wagon cover I made it drapped, since an flat sheet would work
only for BOMs. Furthermore I used color 16 for the main part.
I built a frame around the real cover to get the figures, beside recreating the
same frame in MLCad to get the key points right. You can check this out
rebuilding the 6716 using the cover and finally building the frame using
standard plates and bricks.
