It seems L3PAO doesn't save the prefered defualt settings correctly from the
Seam Width value field. If I enter "0.6", then exit the program and start it
again, the field shows "0,6" which gives
#declare SW = 0;  // Width of seam between two bricks
in the POV file after L3P has had the incorrect switch.

It must have to do with the Swedish habit of using the comma sign as decimal
separator.

This should be solved by treating the value as a string rather than a float
value, or setting the decimal separator varible as Anders showed in the article:
http://news.lugnet.com/cad/dev/?n=6379
...
initialization
  DecimalSeparator := '.';
  Application.UpdateFormatSettings := False;
  ...
finalization
  ...
end.
