Id really appreciate your help, Tim. As you now know, Im a Mac person and
so I never got into MLCAD, and havent really explored Bricksmith too much.
Ross, however, has puttered in MLCAD, and can create models fine (although he
needs to learn LSynth), he hasnt been able to figure out how to render
very well yet. He read
Koyans tutorial,
but the best he could produce from that was
this.
You make some of the nicest renderings Ive seen, and so what Im wondering
is whether youd be willing to share your secrets? Im sure that there are
a lot of folks whod be very interested in your expertise....

Hmmmmm... do I give my secrets away or not? ;)
In truth I dont think my renderings are close to the nicest but they are very
cheap in terms of time for a fairly high reward (or at least one I like).
Unfortunately right now is not a good time for me to be doing anything much as
Im in the proccess of moving back to Australia but if you send me an email in a
couple of weeks to remind me Id be happy to write a bit of a tutorial on how I
do it my way.
