No, if it is hex, then it is an RGB value and not a color code.

| Hi, I've just found out that there is an error in the specification. The point effected is the EDGE value. According to the specification it should be either a color code or an RGB value. Further on the specifications says an RGB value always has to (...) (18 years ago, 13-Jul-06, to lugnet.cad)
