   They were created in Solidworks 2006. Is there a way to convert from that file directly to an Ldraw file? If not, is there an interim file type (3D DXF, IGES, STEP, STL, OBJ, 3DS) that might work? I can convert to almost any 3D file.

You might try stl2dat converter.

I'd like to make .DAT part files of 6 custom lego-compatible elements that I have designed and molded. They were created in Solidworks 2006. Is there a way to convert from that file directly to an Ldraw file? If not, is there an interim file type (...) (18 years ago, 16-Jun-06, to lugnet.cad, FTX)
