I don't have the answer to this one (sorry), but while you're testing
lpub with ldglite do you think you could try the latest:
http://ldglite.sourceforge.net/ldgliteexe1_1_8.zip
with antialiasing turned on (-q in in the ldglite settings), and give
me your opinion. It's not exactly what I want to do in the long run
to solve the halo problem, but do you think it's better than before?
