New Features:
LPub now checks for syntax errors in LPub meta commands.
LPub supports either horizontal or vertical packing for mult-step pages.
LPub now recognizes multiple parts listed between callout begin/end.
A new meta-command "LPUB CALLOUT INSTANCE_COUNT PLACEMENT" that
allows placement of the instance count on any side or corner of the
callout image (before border margins and border.
Bug fixes:
WHen generating web pages, I now use ../Images or ../Layouts for the
URL for locating images.
LPub now saves/restores the Page Number Font in config.lpb.
Multiple identical parts called out in the same begin/end in
multi-step pages now works.
LPUB PAGE PLI NO now works.
Problems with steps before DIVIDER disappearing is fixed.
Problem with zero width separator being drawn as 1 pixel separator
is fixed.
