Ok i did a quick once over of glBlendFunc manpage and it looks like switching line antialiasing from: glBlendFunc(GL_SRC_ALPHA, GL_ONE_MINUS_SRC_ALPHA); to glBlendFunc(GL_SRC_A..._SATURATE, GL_ONE_MINUS_SRC_ALPHA); eliminates the problem (...)    (...) Ahh, nevermind. That didn't really work either. Applying the opaque/transparent only filter right before dumping the png is simple, and looks good enough for me.
