A while ago there was a discussion about user definable searchpaths for parts.
In meanwhile MLCad uses this, but how about other programs like L3P?
I am using several unofficial files, but I don't want to mess up the P and PARTS
folders.

| (...) It's coming! We agreed how it should work and I promised to make the software, which will be open source available to all CAD programmers. The software is done, I have integrated it in L3P and tested it and it works fine. I have also been (...) (20 years ago, 26-Sep-04, to lugnet.cad)
