(...) Yes, they do already. - from update 1997-01 to 2000-01 new official parts _usually_ have, in the header 0 Official LCad ..... or if they are corrections to the original library 0 Original LDraw Part YYYY-RR - for update 2000-02 the header (...) (21 years ago, 8-Feb-04, to lugnet.cad)
