AutoCad can, but its expensive. Autocad's creator has a downloadable
program you can use to view and print .dwg drawings. It is called Volo
View. You can download it from
http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/index?siteID=123112&id=837403
If your .dwg was made with AutoCad 2004, I'm afraid Volo View won't work for
you...
