I think the preceeding zero should always be there.

| (...) Well, there are a little bit over 100 parts in my library with this format, from 4006.dat made 1998-10 to 10 parts and 1 primitive in the latest update. (Give or take a few) /Tore (21 years ago, 21-Nov-03, to lugnet.cad)
