Ahh, there's your problem. The 7 and 11 long liftarm aren't offical parts yet
and I suspect that the case for the other parts your missing as well.
If you want the 2 liftarms, here's the urls:

I recommend you not put unoffical parts in you PARTS directory but instead keep
indiviual copies in the directories of the models that use them. Add them as
you would a submodel as they won't show up on the parts sidebar in MLCad.
