LPub 2.2.02 is available at http://www.users.qwest.net/~kclague/LPub
This version primarily provides a fix for image cropping that caused "out of
resource" diaglogs, and killed the BOM process.
It also has a minor new feature where you can provide a URL for where your
images will be located when published, so that you can have your images on
brickshelf (for example), and your web pages elsewhere.
