Got around to it sooner than I thought. They don't match the style you're used to of course, but they should prove prettier to look at than the current graphics. I do have both switches for blue and gray, just not shown. (URL) You can grab the (...) (16 years ago, 5-Feb-09, to lugnet.cad, FTX)

(...) Can you please check the thickness of the pins of the cables. I think the red single connectors are a little bit thinner than the gray double connectors. Eric, I had the same problem. Kevin said that Ghost is broken in LPub 4.0.0.1. I "still" use LPub 4.0.0.0 and waiting for 4.0.0.2 which should be available soon according to (URL) (16 years ago, 2-Feb-09, to lugnet.cad)
