Would anyone like to hazard a guess as to the correct name for a new (apaprently) part I just discovered ? Part: 42607 It appears to be a wing, 12 x 6, with approx a 1 x 4 (long wise) notch on the two outer edges (so its only 4-wide at the outer (...) (22 years ago, 18-Jan-03, to lugnet.cad)

heya! finally got around to doing this one, so here it is! (URL) files: preview image: (URL) subfiles. all of these represent moving bits on the model. inspect these if you want to see how it was built. Hi Mike, I've wanted the sub-model selection stuff you talked about for a while also (whether you use MPD or not.) I think it would be very handy. I think that the form of this solution is in a GUI addition to LPub itself, where you get a list of (...) (22 years ago, 18-Jan-03, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.inst)

(...) My style is to do most of the building (and therefore most of the steps) in sub-models and then merge the sub-assemblies into the final assembly in a few steps in the top level file.
