I ran into this same problem. I'm not sure, but I think it was caused when I installed the Visual Basic 4 Runtime files (for L3PAO). (...) (24 years ago, 2-Jun-00, to lugnet.cad)

Hello, I've been trying to set up LDAO and fixed the COMDLG32.OCX problem only to run into a new problem. When LDAO starts up it shows a progress bar with the words "Checking VEC XX%" where XX% is something like 20%. However, instead of stopping at (...) (24 years ago, 2-Jun-00, to lugnet.cad)

Well, it's been more than a year since the last official L3P release. Mainly because I have spent more time on L3Lab. But nevertheless several nice features have been added during that time. So here it is: STUDS flag in POV file ---...--- Turn off (...) (24 years ago, 2-Jun-00, to lugnet.announce, lugnet.cad, lugnet.cad.ray)
