I’m not familiar with the film, but it sounds like a chick-flick.

Meh.

The way you did the ‘pick-up’ truck really takes the ol’ ‘slice of life’ thing literally.

IT’S JUST A TURN OF PHRASE.

Cute vig, but I’m not getting ‘love story’ from it. Perhaps you need to be a little more explicit, I’m afraid it’s a little bit too subtle for me.

   (1) Australians often like to refer to our countrymen and women who make it big on the world stage as ‘our’.

And New Zealanders, and Americans that marry an Australian. We’re a very inclusive people.
