This MOC contest are held by clickbrick(famous LEGO shop) in Tokyo. Contest rules are following. - Area,smaller than 16x16 stud. My interpretation is that a Japanese LUG or fest had a contest with the constraint that the creation had to sit on a 16x16 baseplate (if anyone knows details about this I'd love to know more). He's the brainchild of Nelson and Nathan, two of the most prolific Vig-heads and the curators of .build.vignette. They announced the idea in (URL) this (...)
