  Re: Joe visits his Doctor

How funny, yet sick and wrong at the same time. That doctor looks way way way too happy. And that nozzle on the hoze looks like it might allow too much pressure... imagine an enema with a gas nozzle... Great vignette, Steve (20 years ago, 23-Mar-05, to lugnet.build.vignette)

  Joe visits his Doctor

Joe began his day completely unaware of exactly what a proctoscopic exam involved! (URL) Darrow (20 years ago, 22-Mar-05, to lugnet.build.vignette)

Re: MOC - It's a slice of the Pirate's Life for Me! (A Pirate Vignette!!)

(...) Snip Thanks for sharing, Kurt! There have been other pirate vignettes, but you've surely taken it to the next level (er,.. deck). I like how that one pirate remains to hold on to his grog while in his bunk. It would be neat to see someone make (...) (20 years ago, 22-Mar-05, to lugnet.pirates, lugnet.build.vignette, FTX)

Re: Nice Day for a Stroll

Hello!   Re: Three vigs by three builders

Hello! (...) When I saw this one on BrickShelf I felt instantly reminded of the film "House of the Flying Daggers". That's a Chinese movie, though, there ain't samurais in it, but the scenery in one scene was exactly the same as in this nice (...) (20 years ago, 22-Mar-05, to lugnet.build.vignette, FTX)

  Three vigs by three builders

Hey, I put these all on (URL) VignetteBricks>, but these builders don't seem to post on Lugnet, and they're so cool I wanted to make sure they weren't missed: Shane Larson's (URL) Single Track>: (URL) A-tree's (URL) Forgotten Samurai>: (URL) (...) (...) But, are you sure those are Joe's (...) I was thinking that Joe's fondness for white headgear was the result of growing up around his siters on the Wild West Frontier. Brian Darrow (20 years ago, 21-Mar-05, to lugnet.build.vignette, FTX)

  Re: Joe Vig's Twin Sisters

(...) Snip I agree... that's one expensive vignette. But, are you sure those are Joe's sisters? Joe has brown hair. Maybe they're just older, or their own misadventures have turned their hair white! "Big Daddy" Nelson (20 years ago, 21-Mar-05, to lugnet.build.vignette, FTX)

  Re: Joe Vig's Twin Sisters

(...) I think you've just set the bar pretty high as far as monetary worth for a single vignette. It might be cool if we made some kind of Joe Vig family reunion, where everybody has that face...and, of course, they're all getting into bizarre (...)   Star Wars Vignette

I don't recall having seen any Star Wars vignettes (well other than the storyteller sets), so I thought I'd try doing some of my own. Maybe I'm the first, I'm pretty sure I'm the first StarWars Vignette at lugnet.build.vignette. So anyhow, here's (...)   Joe Vig's Twin Sisters

I was inspired to build a little vignette after reading Nelson Yrizarry's perils of Joe Vig. "The street corner held an chance encounter for Joe when he bumped into his twin sisters and their new boyfriends." You can tell they're Joe's sisters (...)   Re: U.S.S. Vignette

(...) Steve, That's a pretty cool idea, akin to the moonbase project. Do you have an overall layout you are building out to? Ed (20 years ago, 20-Mar-05, to lugnet.build.vignette, lugnet.town, lugnet.general, lugnet.build.military)

Re: Two Vignettes and a Funeral

(...) Those were all very good, especially the beach one. The Southern California wave rider in me came out when I saw it. Question- Did you intentionally make it look like the surfer is going to go over the falls? A nice accent if you did. Adr.   Re: U.S.S. Vignette (New Room)

Decided that three vignettes weren't enough for today, so I added a new room to my submarine: The Bunk Room, where the sailors can catch up on their 'Z's, in tiny cramped beds. (URL) The whole boat (yes I said boat, submarines are technically boats, (...) (20 years ago, 19-Mar-05, to lugnet.build.vignette, lugnet.town, lugnet.general, lugnet.build.military, lugnet.build)
