Hi all, I'm glad I was able to complete this project in time for the upcoming DixieLUG meeting.   Re: Sword of Power

While you guys are building swords, I think a rapier-style sword would be cool. Something like this: (URL) here: (URL) Rapier #1) ~Mike (...) (21 years ago, 3-Oct-03, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.build.sculpture)

Re: New MOC: Classic Albert the Alligator

(...) Thanks :) (...) Yeah, I've discovered for bigger projects, it makes sense to be patient. Especially this one. I've rebuilt the torso, arms, and tail several times before getting it right. -Anne -- For SCO to attack IBM using IP (\`--/') _ (...) (21 years ago, 3-Oct-03, to lugnet.build.sculpture)

  Re: MOC: Albert the moose

(...) Hmm, I think he's just some swedish moose, so he's got no name other than "älg". But if I must I'd call him Space (quite a few pieces from 8480 in there). (...) Well, I also got a plush moose called Elchi, brown with red felt horns from (...) (21 years ago, 3-Oct-03, to lugnet.build.sculpture, lugnet.cad, lugnet.build)

  Re: MOC: Albert the moose

(...) Hello Gregory, I tried the antlers construction with real bricks. The clips are able to hold them. I will render Albert ASAP. -Sven (URL) (21 years ago, 3-Oct-03, to lugnet.build.sculpture, lugnet.cad, lugnet.build, FTX)

  Re: MOC: Albert the moose

Cute moose! What's his name? I've also got an albino-moose called Eric, but he isn't a LEGO model. He's a plush moose. Leg Godt -Sven (and Eric) (21 years ago, 3-Oct-03, to lugnet.build.sculpture, lugnet.cad, lugnet.build)

  Re: MOC: Albert the moose

(...) I'm happy that you like Albert. You're right, he ate very much. But I like him like that. Maybe I'll build a thinner one with real bricks. -Sven (URL) (21 years ago, 3-Oct-03, to lugnet.build.sculpture, lugnet.cad, lugnet.build, FTX)

Re: New MOC: Classic Albert the Alligator

(...) Thanks. The head was much easier than I thought it would be. The teeth came about my accident, as I was trying to find something mean looking, but not long like the slopes used for the fangs. I ran across these in one of my old Explorien sets (...) (21 years ago, 2-Oct-03, to lugnet.build.sculpture)

  Re: MOC: Albert the moose

Hi Sven, (...) it's cute, but different from a real moose. Real moose are narrower and have longer legs, and the antlers are more on the sides. This motivated me to also have a try and model a scene with a moose: (URL) moose is a semi-albino, due to (...) (21 years ago, 2-Oct-03, to lugnet.build.sculpture, lugnet.cad, lugnet.build)
