It's not solid at all. There is the outside frame, and then an interior
structure for support which is easily removable. The entire frame was built to
be mobile and folds down (there are LEGO hinges on the inside) to smaller
pieces. Therefore, yes, it can be moved easily and reassembled in a few
minutes.
