We were at Legoland CA over the weekend...
The main cables ARE made from 2x2 round bricks, and the vertical cables use
1x1 round bricks.

BTW, they've already started decorating Miniland for the holidays. A large
Christmas tree was set up at Rockefeller Center, and some of the Santa
scenes are already up.

I've really wanted to do a model of the Golden Gate for some time now
(although at a MUCH smaller scale than this!) This is simply beautiful.
You nailed it.

Great solution for the cables. How are the cables modeled for the
Legoland version? It's never been too clear to me from the photos I've
seen.

Clever way to do the road too.
