The folks at Legoland usually just scale models exactly. So each brick becomes
3 bricks high, each plate becomes 1 brick high, and each stud becomes a 3x3
square of studs. The end result will be just as blocky as the original, so it
will be very obviously Lego.

| (...) Does this mean that if there is a 1x1 brick you would need to make it 3x3x3? A 2x4 brick would be 6x12? I have often wondered about this as I have heard that Lego builders do this.
