(...) Thanks, Will! The sculpture has two forms of internal support.... a metal armature, and LEGO-beams. Metal for rigidity, LEGO for accuracy. The metal armature is mostly for keeping the model upright, and wasn't welded as precisely as LEGO (...) (18 years ago, 13-Feb-07, to lugnet.build.sculpture, FTX)

(...) Sean, you can count my jaw with the others, down there on the floor. Truly a massive undertaking, and very well executed. Bravo! I have had my share of gluing sculpture, and I had slight misaligmnent after only only 6 inches of gluing. Yours (...) (18 years ago, 13-Feb-07, to lugnet.build.sculpture, FTX)
