Hi all, The Olympics gave me an idea for a simple yet nifty concept. So, after about an hour and a half of building, I got this: (URL) last night. It's all bricks; built on a 48x48 baseplate. After making the DR8-CO, I felt I needed a real dragon. So here we go: (URL) am interested in your feedback as Razor almost didn't come to pass. Got frustrated, what can I say. So, what do you think? Thanks, so I take it you'll be interested when I do a wolf and raven mecha? More things for the idea docket. I'm still fooling with a diorama too. Got to settle on a story. Now that is one cool mecha, hehe, awesome, it looks like it has really good articulation, and all of it is mechanized too, just too cool, This is such a clever idea too, I mean, I would never have thought to take a bird of prey to mecha. hehe, (...) I have to admit, I've smothered my screen with drool looking at his dragon and can't deny that they were an influence. He's removed some of the construction pics though so I'm not sure how his are put together anymore. On Black Eagle the flight (...) My God! Drool is actually coming through the screen. That's gross. :=0 I'm just afraid to see what's going to come of this. I got other ideas but can you see a Dragon mech of this ilk? Yeah, I was shooting for something different. Make it look life like. Actually I wanted something universially appealing. Something my wife wouldn't mind displaying in the living room and that I thought was cool. This brings up a interesting issue (...) You know that's my only beef too. Body's a bit square but it does look better in person, so much you wouldn't notice. Also, it's hard to see but the body does taper in the back and there are slopes on the front of the body. Ultimately the body's (...) Mark, man...that's awesome. very non-mecha looking. great to see something different that is done so superbly. very nice. i like the sort of non-artificial look to it. there are alot of humanoid mecha, lots of machine looking, and several animal-ish (...)
