Enjoy! (5 URLs) It's fun to just hit the explode button in LDD and see these come apart/together. --Bram (18 years ago, 9-May-06, to lugnet.lego, lugnet.build.schleim, FTX)

(...) That's some seriously good schleim you've got there. Excellent work, I was ogling it on BS earlier. Tim (18 years ago, 21-Apr-06, to lugnet.build.schleim, lugnet.trains, FTX)

  Chessie GP35

Keeping with my purist nature, and not willing to use stickers of any kind, a fellow NGLTC member, Lewis Valentine, challenged me to build the Chessie cat logo small enough to fit on an engine. I gladly accepted the challenge and here is the result: (...) (18 years ago, 20-Apr-06, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.trains, lugnet.build.schleim, FTX) !!

  "Raeynop" schleim technique

I was revisiting a (URL) house project> of mine lately, and found that I had used an interesting building technique for a clothes hanger: (URL) Surely this can't be a new technique. But has it been sufficiently recognized, categorized and named? (...) (18 years ago, 14-Apr-06, to lugnet.build.schleim, FTX)

  Excelsior Trolley

Since the TCLTC will only be able to bring half of their train layout to the ILTCO Philadelphia show this summer, we decided to turn our mainlines into ping-ponging trolley lines.   Re: Hinge 1x2 top and SNOT

(...) Sometimes I just have to admire my own incredible stupidity... jumper plates on bottom = jumper plates on top is kind of deducable. Peace and stupidity, ;) Tim PS. .build.scleim is where it's at (19 years ago, 5-Apr-06, to lugnet.build.schleim, FTX)

Re: Hinge 1x2 top and SNOT

(...) Ross is correct. I wouldn't have come to that design quite so easily if you hadn't included the jumper plate at the bottom, Tim. This sort of collaborative building is what I really like about this community; I can't wait to see where others (...) (19 years ago, 5-Apr-06, to lugnet.build.schleim, lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: Hinge 1x2 top and SNOT

(...) Very nifty work Ley. I like the tiles and using lots of hinge bases rather than just one. What is the plate you're using upside down at the top of the door to hold it in? Must have a hollow stud but I can't work it out, Tim (19 years ago, 5-Apr-06, to lugnet.build.schleim, lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: Hinge 1x2 top and SNOT

Mr. Enjary, Excellent! I can’t wait to get home and play with this idea. I have a lot of these hinge heads lying around. There are quite a few possible applications going through my mind right now. Thanks for the inspiration! Attack! Mike (19 years ago, 4-Apr-06, to lugnet.build.schleim, lugnet.castle, FTX)
