The ones along the edges and especially in the corners are less stable and will occasionally fall off in transit, but they are no where near as unstable as flower stems on their (...) (...) These look really spiffy, even if the painting bit does make me cringe. :-) Spotlighted. XFUT to lugnet.parts.mod because painting is a kind of mod, isn't it? So what kind of paint did you use, and did you have any adhesion problems? (22 years ago, 20-Oct-04, to lugnet.build.mosaic, lugnet.parts.mod, FTX)

Two new flower mosaics.... (2 URLs) Well, okay, the ParLUGment one isn't really new since it's been built for a few months and was actually on display at Brickfest. In my haste, I made huge error by not mentioning that Dave VinZant (from the club formaly known as PNLTC, a fellow club member) spent 30 hours (minus 4 for sleep) helping with setup, managing the build, and hanging the mosaic. I really could not (...) (22 years ago, 1-Oct-04, to lugnet.build.mosaic)

Hi All, I just got pictures up (Thanks to Tony Halfner!) of a mosaic I took part in building last week. The image is not all that interesting but the fact that 180 people built it in 1 hour is kind of cool! (URL) liked the idea of having the (...) (22 years ago, 29-Sep-04, to lugnet.build.mosaic) !
