I hope you people use anesthetic...  Haha... gives new meaning to "plastic
surgery."

I've been thinking that the spearheads from a pair of minifig spears
are about the right shape and size for a minifig elf's ears...  ;-)

Now that I have a Dremel tool, I've been thinking of doing this
myself (for elves for CastleWorld, in my case).  Drill a couple
of holes, one on either side of the relevant minifig head, angled
at about 45 degrees down.  Clip a couple of minifig spears
such that you've got just enough of the spear shaft behind
the tip to plug 'em into the holes you've drilled.  Paint 'em
yellow, glue 'em in, and there you go...  :-)

Hope this helps...

I'd like to customize a minifig by giving it pointed ears
like Mr. Spock.  Anyone have any ideas on what to use
and how to attach them?
