I too thought of that!
But then said to myself:
Oh, dont worry, the Stubbies™ will only be used in conjuncture with
other small Minifig sets to help us differentiate between adults and children.

But then the quandary ~HIT ME!~
What about Potter, the children and grown-ups totally intermingle. Will
the Stubbies™ become the new form for Harry, Ron, and Harmony? I doubt it,
but it wouldnt surprise me if TLG actualized this dim-wittedness.
