Its the ice planet head with the white eyebrows and moustache. What I will probobly do is to see if he will sell me the head really cheap because its damaged and then try to fix it (much like how I got the black falcon flag cheap for the same (...) (23 years ago, 15-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.minifigs)
