Scans of the Arctic theme minifigs are now up on the Locker 99 minifig reference site at (URL) usual, there are scans of the figures in "full dress" (i.e. with their hoods) on the main Arctic page, and scans of them "nekkid", so that all the head (...) (24 years ago, 19-Nov-00, to lugnet.build.minifigs) !
