Hi,
I had a need for a minifig with glasses and no facial hair, too.
I found that one of the heads that is used in some of the underwater
and space port sets has glasses and no facial hair... one problem tho.
He has a microphone headset painted on him.
This answer may not be your style, but I just carefully scraped the microphone
decal off the head... you can see the result here:
