Ok, I've searched through the posts, and near as I can tell, no one has
asked this yet.
What kind of paint do you guys suggest for making custom minifig
heads? I'd love to make one of myself, but I want it to look good, and
unfortunately model paint doesn't always look that great in some of the
photos I've seen. Since minifig heads are rather small, I want something
that will allow me to do fine detail.

I haven't gotten a chance to try it myself, but Craigo has a bunch of tips and techniques on his page: (URL) I'm going to hunt up some good marker-paints and then get to work on those Willas! (...)
