| From a recent ebay purchase of minifigs I received this part (URL) part>. However, mine has a yellow t-shirt and yellow device with a blue dial. Does anyone else have this variation of this part? (19 years ago, 22-Apr-07, to lugnet.build.minifigs, FTX)

I don't know, but clearly you aren't the only one: (URL) that there are no sets associated with it, the are none listed for sale at present (though some of the listed blue-shirts could very well be yellow-shirts instead), and the description (...) (19 years ago, 22-Apr-07, to lugnet.build.minifigs)
