Until TLC gets hip, customs is the way to go here...

Two miniheads come immediately to mind: the lego skulls and the gasgano head --
and the latter is essentially not even a custom, but very useable as a zombie
or vampire head (I happen to think he also makes a good Elric of Melnibone
with a black castle maiden hat -- sort of a Barry Smith Elric if anyone
remembers Marvel Comics Conan #16).

A skull head is easily modified into a vampire head by: removing the nose,
removing the smile lines that extend from the main section of the mouth,
filling in all the teeth along the bottom with black marker, and finally
filling in the two middle teeth along the top. For extra effect you can modify
the eyes and make small pupils filled in with red and other such stuff.  You
can also experiment with extending the length of the two fangs. This one is
REALLY easy -- all you need is a #11 X-acto and a black Ultra Fine Point
Sharpie.  Be Careful of it until it dries. Some lugnuts recommend placing
marker modified elements under a 60 watt bulb overnight in order to bake them
dry with heat.

The miniskull is a good starting place for a pumpkinhead too!  I love my
pumpkin man...and all you gotta do is modify the eyes into triangles and paint
the head orange!  Although, you might wanna reduce the size of the nose too.

If you don't want to mess with a "good" minihead -- try working on an "extra"
willa head or two...
