  Nosejobs...

You know... the thing I hated most about Timmy was his freaky nose. That sucker was just meant to be removed. Out came the X-Acto blade and off went his nose. He really does look 100% better, more like a normal, healthy, noseless minifig... ok... (...) (24 years ago, 3-May-00, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

Re: My temporary site is up

(...) Shiri, That is the one downfall of older webcams. I can view the room just fine, but focusing on anything less than a foot away will be blurry. Hopefully, I'll have a nice new cam soon, but this is four year old equipment I'm using (eyeball (...)   Re: My temporary site is up

(...) Great job, Dave! Those look good, put the pictures are quite blurry... does your camera have any manual-focus option? If so, I suggest using it- it's a fabulous function, and allows you to take close-up pics without the blurriness. hth, -Shiri (24 years ago, 29-Apr-00, to lugnet.publish, lugnet.org.us.lugola, lugnet.loc.us.ca.la, lugnet.build.minifigs)

  My temporary site is up

As promised: (URL) is always appreciated, but won't be acted upon until I get the full site up and running. (24 years ago, 29-Apr-00, to lugnet.publish, lugnet.org.us.lugola, lugnet.loc.us.ca.la, lugnet.build.minifigs)

Re: Minifig Box #2, another update

I did this for one of my 'figs... it looks really creepy. If anyone caught the Simpsons(US) this past Sunday: "Yar! That's going to replace the whale in me nightmares!" -Cheese (...) (24 years ago, 26-Apr-00, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

Re: Minifig Box #2, another update

(...) Yeah, but that doesn't really work for soccer players. Who'd play soccer in a thong? Never mind, I don't wanna know... Steve (24 years ago, 26-Apr-00, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

  Re: head for minifig self-portrait?

(...) Unfortunatly, that head has a mustache... :( I'd also need a facial-hairless one to do a minifig portrait of myself. Of course, I'd also need a Qui-Gon hairpiece sans sideburns and with a thinner ponytail. ;) Jeff (24 years ago, 26-Apr-00, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

Re: Minifig Box #2, another update

(...) Yeah, but nobody wants to see someone who's 3 feet wide and 6 feet tall wearing a thong. Although, there is something very 'Murphy's Law' about that. -Adam 8^O (24 years ago, 26-Apr-00, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

Re: Minifig Box #2, another update

(...) You could always give them blue/black/red/green hips and yellow legs; then they'd be wearing thongs... (24 years ago, 26-Apr-00, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

  head for minifig self-portrait?

Hey all, I'd like to do a minifig self-portrait one of these days, but I'm in need of a head that has glasses (not sunglasses) but no facial hair. I know that some of the divers heads fit this description, but they have a microphone to get rid of. (...) (24 years ago, 26-Apr-00, to lugnet.build.minifigs)
