  Re: TMC's New Space/Atmosphere Fighter F1-A

(...) Hehe, thanks. Hey do you have anything in the works? I enjoyed your Spartan and your other MOCs. I hope to see new stuff. Regards, David. (19 years ago, 2-Jan-06, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.military, FTX)

  4 New MOCs

Hello! After many months of a busy schedule full of school projects and homework, I have finally found time to post a few of my recent creations. The first MOC is a diorama of NYC, followed by a Civil War gunboat, followed by a patrol boat, followed (...)   Re: TMC's New Space/Atmosphere Fighter F1-A

(...) Make it smaller? I've no idea how. Brilliant design, David! I'm looking forward to seeing it decked out with the external weapons and equipment. (19 years ago, 31-Dec-05, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.military, FTX)

  Re: TMC's New Space/Atmosphere Fighter F1-A

(...) Hey thanks. One more person caught another of my inspirations for¬ this MOC. The FA-37 Talon, toguether with the Core Fighter II and¬ the YF-19, inspired me to build the F1-A. I was not going for any¬ one of them in particular but I did use (...) (19 years ago, 25-Dec-05, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.military)

  Re: TMC's New Space/Atmosphere Fighter F1-A

Hey David, Very groovy! Reminds me of the design of the planes from "Stealth", which were the only good part of the movie. Impressive that you got so much articulation at such a small scale. Keep 'em comin'! Dave S. "David Rabadan" (...) (19 years ago, 24-Dec-05, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.military)

  Re: TMC's New Space/Atmosphere Fighter F1-A

(...) Thanks JP! (...) Thanks again. I also use them to open the missiles/flares bay. (...) You are right, I had to compromise, I really did not want to make the fighter bigger to fit the landing gear inside. I made some landing skids that make the (...)   First LDD Creations.

Hi folks. Haven't posted anything in, well.. ages. Thought I'd delurk and share my first two LEGO Digital Designer creations. I think .cad is a fair location for such a posting.   Re: TMC's New Space/Atmosphere Fighter F1-A

The first thing I thought when i saw it was "Yay, chibi YF-19!" Very nice. I'm all over the swing-wings, and the hidden decoy flares. It reminds me of (URL) this> little sucker from Gundam Sentinel. I'm not sure I like it as much with the wings in, (...) (19 years ago, 22-Dec-05, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.military, FTX)

  Re: TMC's New Space/Atmosphere Fighter F1-A

(...) Staggeringly beautiful. I very rarely see models that have me immediately doing a mental parts check to see if I think I can build one. Mind you, one will not be enough. I want to build a squadron, with each flight having its own livery. And (...) (19 years ago, 22-Dec-05, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.military, FTX)

  Re: TMC's New Space/Atmosphere Fighter F1-A

I saw this plane on BrisckShelf before you posted it here, and wow! it's beautifull! My favorite detail, what amazed me the most are the vectoring thrusters. Excellent! I also really like the use of 1x1x1 plate with "hand" you use behind the (...) (19 years ago, 22-Dec-05, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.military, FTX)

  Re: TMC's New Space/Atmosphere Fighter F1-A

(...) Thanks MP. I agree about the lessons learned from building small. Those lessons came really handy when putting the pilot with all its gear in that cramped cockpit. Would you believe I am working on a smaller version of the F1-A? See ya. (19 years ago, 21-Dec-05, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.military, FTX)

  Re: TMC's New Space/Atmosphere Fighter F1-A

(...) Wow! This is just too beautiful! :-D I think what I like most is your part usage. It's just so careful and precise. It's something I see in all your MOCs, especially your hardsuits.
