Currently I have some rough
design sketches for a MOC of the Dornier Do335 Pfeil but the cockpit design
is giving me some serious trouble so give me some time. Other running
projects are F-14 tomcat (still not finished) and a nearly completed MOC of
an B-24 Liberator (Hull is finished, still working on the wing, I can post
some teaser pics if you want)

Hi Robert
I am definitely interested in seeing your Pfeil. My attempt didnt quite turn
out as planned. I am going to have to try a re-build at some point!

The reason why I am building in Virtual Reality is that I simply dont own
any real Legos My collection from my childrens years is still lingering on
my parents attic somewhere (havent been there for years) Besides that, I
remember that as a child I always ran out of bricks and than I had to wait
until my birthday or Sinterklaas........ (Santa Claus for the non-Dutch).
Building on the computer however, always ensures a vast quantity of exactly
that bricks you need

A sad tale but I sympathise! A lack of bricks or specific parts is a problem I
encounter often. I think it is time for me to try LDRAW again. I just couldnt
figure out how to bypass the YES prompt when installing. Sounds like a job
for later tonight. It is a brilliant tool and a fantastic bit of programming.

By the way, if you want to build one of my MOCs or built something that was
inspired on one. Please go ahead, I would really like to see the result!!! I
can even make some kind of building instruction if you really need one.

I have decided to look a little closer at your Harrier. Ill let you know what
happens!
Thanks again.

| Hey, chris, thanks for the feedback on this one. (...) Thanks Chris, the BF109E is by the way not completely finished. I still have to do the underside of the right wing. I was planning to make a retractable landing gear on it but i still have to (...) (20 years ago, 20-Jul-04, to lugnet.build.military, FTX)
