Hi Soren, nice tank!
The way youve done the turret, probably the only viable way to raise the gun
would be with a micromotor in the turret. This would mean running a wire through
the slew ring, which would mean continuous 360 degree rotation is no longer
possible, but that is a small trade-off.
Or you could possibly re-do the slew ring with a technic turntable, allowing
control for the gun to pass through the centre. This would probably be difficult
though, made harder by the limited space in the turret.
Id probably go for option 1, but Im lazy ;)
